Getting started

How do I make a puzzle from a photo?

Choose New puzzle on Home, select a photo, and choose your piece count and difficulty. Photo imports need an internet connection for the image safety check. See how photos are handled.

How do Tray and Table work?

In a solo puzzle, the Tray / Table control switches between loose pieces in a tray and pieces spread across a larger surface. Connected pieces and completed work stay together. Table and optional rotation are solo features; multiplayer uses Tray.

Where can I change the colors?

Open Appearance on Home, or More → Appearance while playing. Choose Ocean, Forest, Lavender or Sunset, then Light, Dark or System. Your selection is saved on this device.

How do I get back to the main menu?

Tap the back arrow at the top left of the play screen. It saves solo progress or finishes pending multiplayer moves before returning. If a save fails, use the Retry action before leaving.

Friends and saved progress

How do I invite a friend?

Open the multiplayer options from the game's More menu. Create or join a session, then share its join code or invite your friend's JigScape username. Recipients can open their invitations from the envelope icon on Home.

Keep join codes private: someone with the code may be able to join and see the session's photo and chat.

An invite or shared puzzle will not open. What should I try?

Check that both players have an internet connection and the latest app version. Confirm the code or username, and ask for a fresh invite if it has expired. If you see a device security warning or repeated errors, email support with the exact message. Leave passwords and sign-in codes out of your report.

Will my saved puzzles move to another phone?

Solo puzzle saves and appearance settings are stored locally. They are not synced between devices by JigScape. Restoring a purchase restores the relevant paid access; it does not transfer locally saved puzzles.

How do I remove a saved puzzle?

On Home, open the saved puzzle's three-dot menu and choose Delete. This removes that local save and its stored image copy from JigScape. Your original camera-roll photo is unaffected.

Purchases and privacy

What does the clock-and-arrow button do?

It is Restore purchases. Use it to check paid access purchased through the same App Store or Google Play account. If access is still missing, contact support with your purchase reference, not your payment-card details.

How do I manage a subscription or request a refund?

Use the store where you purchased it: Apple billing and subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. For a Google Play refund, use Google's refund help. Deleting your JigScape account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

How do I request account or data deletion?

Use the JigScape account and data deletion page. It works even if you have uninstalled the app, and includes Google sign-in accounts and guest accounts.

Where are the privacy and advertising settings?

Read the JigScape privacy policy for information about accounts, photos, shared sessions, ads and purchases. When available for your region, the game's More menu includes Ad privacy choices. Tracking and advertising permissions can also be managed in your device settings.
